জাতির জনক বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের ভাষ্কর্য নিয়ে কটুক্তিকারীদের বিরুদ্ধে আজ রবিবার ২৯ নভেম্বর সকাল ১১ টায় সেনবাগ থানার মোড়ে মানববন্ধন অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করেন, সেনবাগ উপজেলা স্বেচ্ছাসেবক লীগ।
এতে উপজেলা স্বেচ্ছাসেবক লীগের আহবায়ক- সফিকুজ্জামান সীমুর নেতৃত্বে উক্ত মানববন্ধন শেষে বক্তব্য রাখেন, আসন্ন সেনবাগ পৌর নির্বাচনে সম্ভাব্য মেয়র প্রার্থী, বিশিষ্ট আওয়ামী লীগ নেতা আবদুল মান্নান সিরাজী।
এতে আরো উপস্থিত ছিলেন, সেনবাগ পৌরসভার সাবেক ভারপ্রাপ্ত মেয়র ও সম্ভাব্য মেয়র প্রার্থী নুরুজ্জামান চৌধুরী,পৌর কাউন্সিলর আক্তার হোসেন মিন্টু,পৌর আওয়ামীলীগ নেতা মো: ইয়াছিন,পৌর যুবলীগ নেতা দিদারুল আলম,কাদরা ইউপি’র ৭নং ওয়ার্ডের সাবেক সদস্য এনামুল হুদা সহ উপজেলা,পৌরসভা,বিভিন্ন ইউনিয়ন স্বেচ্ছাসেবকলীগ,যুবলীগ ও ছাত্রলীগের নেতা-কর্মী বৃন্দ।
